1996 - 2004

Founded in 1996 by Yves L. Turcotte, ProMainTech positioned itself as a leader in the field of business-process optimization and the achievement of measurable results. As the originator of the VA6 integrative concept, ProMainTech has specialized itself in the fields of Production, Maintenance, Management, Product Development, Service and Supply Chain.

As the pioneer of several concepts including Value-added production (VAP), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), IMPACT-Kaizen, Solution Supervision®, Club contremaître PVA (VAP Foremen’s Club) and Groupe Réseau; ProMainTech has developed and marketed many innovative products and services to evaluate, measure, and improve organizations.

In 2004, it accomplished nearly 300 projects per year and counted more than 500 clients in Canada, the United-States, Europe, China, South America and Africa.

Novaxa Conseil inc.
Founded by Nathalie Gélinas, Novaxa Conseil offered training and accompanying services to businesses of various sizes and from many different sectors. Its wide-ranging expertise allowed it to touch on all aspects of business improvement through the implementation of Value-added and Six Sigma best practices.

Novaxa is the only Canadian firm accredited to implement the Lean Six Sigma integrative approach. As well as having accompanied its clients through more than 200 projects, Novaxa has certified several thousand resources in Six Sigma. Novaxa’s enviable reputation led to its Canadian partnership with George Group, the well-known American firm that developed the Lean Six Sigma concept.

2004-Today
Promaintech Novaxa was born of the natural exchange of sound practices, enviable relationships with mutual clients and a common desire to unite complementary strengths to offer small, medium and large enterprises a single window of integrated services for the optimization of their business processes, implementation of best practices, integration of information technologies and implementation of functional continuous-improvement programs.

Today, the Promaintech Novaxa team consists of more than 50 professionals. Their training and ongoing professional development, coupled with their industry and consulting experience, allow these experts to offer a high-level service and guarantee expected gains for their clients.
